Greetings Audrey,
In November I was in your Victors Without Victims course in Monterey as a part of the FCC Services LDP course.  Just the other week I received my follow up to self ‘five nuggets’ letter that you have us write.  I just want to say that I think this is an excellent practice. It’s a great way to revisit  what we learned and what we found valuable that day.  All too often we get back to work, cram the conference binder in the bookshelf with the others (with good intentions to review ‘when I’ve got time’, of course…) and never see it again.
This simple reminder really did cause me to revisit some important things I learned that week.  Just wanted to say thanks.  Hope all is well with you.
